Michigan registered voters have many opportunities to exercise their right to vote including voting absentee without having to state a reason, 9 days of early in-person voting for federal elections, and of course, election day.
Absentee voters are now able to cast their own ballot by simply bringing their completed ballot to the polls, checking in at the registration table and following the instructions given to you by the Election Specialist. This can be a preferred method for those wishing to review their ballot at home, making their selection(s) on candidates and issues, and casting their own ballot at the polls.

Registered township voters can still return their absentee applications and ballots to the Township Clerk’s Office by mail at 4480 W. 4 Mile Road, Irons MI 49644-9150 or via the secure walk-up drop box located at the Township Hall on the door marked “Ballot Dropbox”.
