Township Ordinances

Our township ordinances are intended to ensure properties are maintained for the health and safety of our community, preserve the value of township properties, as well as to preserve the beauty of our township

Regulatory Ordinances – These ordinances are set by the Township Board of Directors.

Zoning Ordinances – Focus on land use, building structures, etc. The township uses our Master Plan as a reference point when we add any new zoning ordinances or make any changes to our current ordinances. Any such changes or additions begin with our Planning Commission.
